Reply Champion ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through Google OAuth.

Google Business Profile Data: With your permission, we access your Google Business Profile to fetch reviews and post responses on your behalf.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our service, including reviews processed and responses generated.

Lead and Attribution Data: If you use a free tool, submit your email, or click a product signup call-to-action, we may collect the selected business name, Google Place ID, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and the action taken so we can send requested materials, measure which marketing efforts work, and improve conversion flows.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Chrome Extension Data: If you use the Reply Champion Chrome extension, we may process business search queries, selected business information such as business name, Google Place ID, and address/location context, and request metadata such as IP address for security and rate limiting. The extension stores the last selected business locally in Chrome storage so you can reopen the popup without searching again.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To generate AI-powered responses to your Google reviews
  • To post responses to Google on your behalf (with your permission)
  • To send you notifications about new reviews
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To improve our service and develop new features
  • To send requested free-tool materials such as review links, QR kits, and request templates
  • To understand which free tools, campaigns, and product calls-to-action lead to signups or subscriptions
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To provide the Chrome extension's Google review link and QR code generation features

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Google: To access and respond to your reviews via the Google Business Profile API
  • Stripe: To process payments securely
  • AI Providers: To generate review responses (data is not stored by AI providers)
  • Service Providers: Who assist in operating our service (email, hosting)
  • Analytics Providers: To understand aggregate site and product usage

For the Chrome extension, we do not sell extension data, use it for unrelated purposes, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Clipboard, download, and local storage permissions are used only when needed to provide the extension's review link, SMS copy, QR code download, and last-selected-business features.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure token storage, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

  • Revoke Google permissions at any time
  • Export your data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep the service working. We may also use analytics technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand aggregate site and tool usage.

For lightweight attribution during a single browser visit, we may use session storage to remember campaign parameters, landing page, referrer, and selected free-tool business context. Session storage is not a long-lived tracking cookie, is not automatically sent with every request, and is used only when you take an intentional action such as submitting your email or starting signup.
