By accessing or using Reply Champion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reply Champion is a software service that helps businesses manage and respond to Google reviews using AI-powered automation. The Service connects to your Google Business Profile to fetch reviews and post responses on your behalf.
3. Account Requirements
- You must have a valid Google account to use the Service
- You must have ownership or management access to the Google Business Profile(s) you connect
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post fake, misleading, or inappropriate responses
- Violate Google's terms of service or review policies
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with limited responses.
Billing & Pricing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses should be reviewed before posting when appropriate
- You are responsible for all content posted through your account
- AI responses may not always be perfect and may require editing
- We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated content
7. Google API Usage
The Service uses Google's APIs to access your Business Profile. By using the Service, you:
- Grant us permission to access your Google Business Profile data
- Agree to comply with Google's terms of service
- Understand that Google may change or restrict API access at any time
- Can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Reply Champion and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and review responses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply Champion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
